This cache will allow you to finally see the Greenwich Wind Farm located in Dorion Ontario. The road is now opened to the public. Our first experience with wind turbines was in Minnesota and South Dakota...All we could say was COOOOOOL. Well now we finally have a wind farm closer to home. Not sure how everyone else feels, but this location at least does not interfere with anyones view from their homes.
You will be driving in Canyon country so there are plenty of scenic spots along the way.
The cache is located on Greenwich Lake Road, which can be accessed by driving down Ouimet Canyon road and continuing straight instead of turning in to the Park. Park in the gravel pit. Please put the wood back on top to conceal.
The caches were placed in the fog and rain, not the ideal conditions for recording a precise reading, but hope they will be O.K.
