HØJSTRUP FERIEKOLONI




Ligger fantastisk smukt ud til Østersøen i Højstrupskoven syd for Rødvig på Stevns.

Feriekolonien blev oprettet & taget i brug 1908 af Frederiksberg Kommunelærerforenings Feriekolonier for ferieophold for børn fra kommunens folkeskoler. Overtaget af kommunen 1945 og nedlagt 1997. Stevns kommune har siden lejet kolonien af Vemmetofte kloster indtil 2009, hvor kommunen ikke ønskede at forlænge denne lejeaftale & herefter har området været benyttet af Vemmetofte kloster.

Skoven er lukket når der er jagt.
Husk at have hunden i snor.

Is beautifully located at the Baltic Sea in Højstrupskoven south of Rødvig Stevns.

The holiday colony was set up & put into operation in 1908 by Frederiksberg Teachers' Society Holiday Colonies & were meant for holidays for children from local schools. Taken over by the municipality in 1945 until 1997. Stevns municipality has since hired the colony of Vemmetofte monastery until 2009, where the municipality did not want to extend the lease & then the area has been used by Vemmetofte monastery.

The forest is closed when hunting.
Remember to have the dog on a leash.
