Geocache Description:

Hines Drive Connector - Henley cache is along Hines Drive south of Wilcox Road. There is parking at Wilcox Mill and Gunsolly Mill. You can also view an online trail map on Google Maps. It includes markers for official access points to the trail.

The I-275 Bike Trail uses Hines Drive to connect the sections north and south of I-96 / I-275 and M-14. This is one of a set of four caches to fill in the area between Wilcox Road and Plymouth Road. Hopefully some day all the various sections will be connected up. As with the other sections, I am naming them after bicycle manufacturers. This cache is named after Henley. Micajah Henley was sometimes known as "The Roller Skate King." His company manufactured a variety of products including bicycles, scooters, lawn mowers, lawn furniture and milling machines. The Wright Brothers bought their first bicycle from Henley.

The cache container is now a Paint By Number container. Please bring your own pencil or pen.
