Wizard of Ooze: Hello,

I see that two of the caches required to be found in order to find this final "bonus" cache have been archived and are no longer available. Our guidelines require that the information needed to find a bonus puzzle cache must be on the cache page, and in cases like this with no way to solve the final cache we are required to archive the final. Please pick up the final cache container so it doesn't remain onsite as "geolitter".

Geocache Description:

Welcome to the final cache in the Willow Series; Rat & Mole are both terribly impressed at how you've been able to find each of their secrets so far, hidden in different attractive areas of greater Vancouver associated with Willows. The final location is the home of the large Pacific Willow.
The cache is NOT located at the coordinates of the question mark, but nearby.

You've visited all the caches (1, 2, 3, & "bonus") in this series, and it's taken you "to this point."
These coordinates are NOT the final location. This is NOT a field solvable puzzle, so hopefully you've done your calculations before arriving.
Can you, like Badger did, pull all the clues that Rat & Mole concocted together to obtain the final coordinates?

The "Bonus" cache is important because it explains in depth how to decipher a running key, and how the ciphers in this clue are layered.

The clue in cache#1, the clue in cache#2, and the clue in cache#3 combined will have something in common that aligns with the story-line of this puzzle. It is a 15 letter phrase. Additionally, one of the caches will have included the ciphered text - this text is critical to have or you may as well not bother with this final unless you have exceptional geo-senses (or are very lucky).

You are looking for a larger bison-tube container. FTF (congrats to vmclaren) had a gift card to warm their spirits and toast Rat & Mole for their ingenuity which has been matched by this FTF cacher! The new cache container doesn't really have room to drop off (and pick up!) trinkets & treasures.
