Geocache Description:

Cache Of Knowledge...

Welcome to my 123 cache hide.  This was a bit of a spur of the moment thing, I was at the newsagents, and thought I would more closely check out the Peppercorn tree nearby.  There is a plaque at the front of the tree stating that it is the "Tree of Knowledge" being the oldest Peppercorn tree on the Murray River.   I don't know how they know this is the oldest tree, nor can I find out much at all about it.

Knowing that my Big Fish cache was down, thought this would be a great replacement spot for a cache.  But, this cache is not just a replacement, but a very different repacement.....

Anyway, this is a cache is placed at a very high muggle area with both pedestrian and vehicular traffic at many times of the day.  The D/T rating reflects this with it being extreemly easy to approach.  It is highly camo'd due to the nearby "Big Fish" now archived, having gone missing several times.

Hope you enjoy this one caching folks, a pretty unique spot......  And the usual disclaimer / warning.

Even though this is in the middle of town, snakes are frequently seen near the river, keep an eye out for them, especially with the kiddies.  Also, the Murray River is nearby as is the main street.  Be careful with wandering kiddies.
