DFAC stands for dining facility. Easy to find, just follow the masses.
The cache itself is outside of the building. You do not need to enter the building. ISAF ID-Card or escort by authorised personnel is required. Watch out the guardian angels. Best time would be in the early morning.
Mark E. Mitchell was the ground commander of the battle of Qala-i Janghi in 2001. CIA officer Johnny "Mike" Spann was the sole US fatality and was the first American killed in combat during the U.S. invasion of Afghanistan in 2001. Camp and dining facility are named after these two persons.
