Geocache Description:

This cache has been located in the park near Okubo filtration plant. It's name is Arakawa Sports Park Avenue. Cache spot is near the bridge in the central area of the park. Please get it by stealth.
Parking lot is at northern side of the spot. It's opened from 9:00a.m. to 17:00p.m.. But I think it's free for anytime 24h.

荒川総合運動公園通りは埼玉県大久保浄水場の北側を流れる江川に沿って整備された横に長い公園です。キャッシュはこの公園のほぼ中央部分にある小さな橋のどこかに隠してあります。平日、休日を問わず日中はそこそこ人が訪れる場所ですので、こっそり探してください。キャッシュは手のひらサイズのタッパ容器です。
クルマの方はキャッシュ座標のすぐ北側に無料駐車場がいくつかあります。使用時間は9-17時となっていますが、時間外でもとくに施錠されたりはしないようです。
