I'm learning new things! Mystery Cache

Since I have left my career in auto glass (16 years) I have moved on to turning a wrench and anything else they need me to do. Since it is not a mechanics shop I work at there is a ton of stuff I can learn and almost limitless growth potential. So while I am not working on a project I am sticking my nose in everybody’s business to learn anything I can to help me later on here. So here is a bit of what I have learned.
 
To find the final cache location you will have to figure out a number value for what is written. First the North then the South Coords.
 
North =  46 30.XXX
For the north cords you are looking at Violet & Orange mylar  ribbon with a Black and a Brown wire inside
 
South  =  117 00.XXX
For the South Coords you are looking at a Red mylar binder wrapping around a Red & Slate Mylar ribbon with a Yellow and a Slate wire inside.
