Stuck home all day with the kids so I decided it was time to write up this cache. Have fun.
Background
I have been spending some time in West Concord due to my new job nearby. I have started exploring the area for cache placement. Saw a stone bench just off 62 with a small trail behind it so of course I had to explore it. This cache is the result of that exploration.
The Cache (Updated)
When I first placed this cache there was no bridge. There was a chainlink fence keeping you from walking off the edge and falling 12 feet down into the river. To find the cache you needed to walk down the embankment on one side of the bridge and then using the stone foundation make you way to where the cache was hidden. One wrong step and you could end up in the river. Also, if the river was too high you might not be able to get to the cache location. The cache itself is placed high enough to not get swept away with the spring floods.
The cache is placed close to its original placement, just a little higher. You will still have to get off the bridge and walk carefully under the bridge to find the cache. Also, use caution due to the narrow ledge and the reach you have to make. Try to keep your feet dry.
Good luck and good caching,
Loch Cache
Congrats to Cook01821 on the FTF
