Geocache Description:

While in the Colville area I noticed a road called ‘Wharf Road’ I needed another cache in my ‘Wharf’ series so continued to investigate. There was no wharf on Wharf Road! After telling a local off my dilemma he said “I will show you the Colville Wharf” with a chuckle. AND HERE IT IS!!! This wharf was used by the early settlers before the road was built. At high tide they could have their supplies brought in. It is still in use for the recreational boatie.
