Geocache Description:

The parking coords will bring you to a dirt parking lot. Park here and you will see a trail going down the hill. That's your starting point to find this cache.
Please be safe, on your feet and/or hands, and don't drop the cache.

batrobes and I decided it was time to put out a cache. It had been sitting here for awhile waiting for a good home...and then we remembered this place.

The cache IS very difficult to get at...as we found out. Wet leaves get slippery, pine needles too. I do NOT suggest going after this at night, but I am sure it is possible. You must start at the included parking coordinates as if you try to come direct, the only way is thru private property. I can not stress the enough, start at the trail head. I think the best thing you can do to get this one is to bring a friend...someone to drag you out of the river, or worst case call 911 when you take a spill. I doubt this will be very winter friendly also, but I have attempted worse...in the dark...alone...with no flashlight...in the winter...but please bring a friend. Some spots can be a nice high fall. Now I know falling does not hurt, I have done it many times, but the sudden stop at the end is what I want you to avoid.

This is not kid friendly...teenager maybe, but I would not bring my 6 year old to this location...EVER!
