More fun on the V1
Just about the end of this great new section ( or the beginning ), The problem is that this great piece of bike-way is just that -'A piece.' and currently does not actually link up with anything meaningful to cyclists. Eventually it is planned to go all the way to town and down to Gold coast,The V1, so in the meantime we get to enjoy little bits of safe cycling ( and walking of cause -I am pretty sure there is no regulation prohibiting walkers on cycle ways) till funds and development complete the V1. Consequentially you will find very little use of this by cyclists at the moment . -Also it has not had it's 'official' opening.
