Once you see the nature of this cache, you'll understand why the movie reference is what it is.
The Five Star rating is due to the need of a special tool. This is another micro inside a larger container. MAKE SURE TO TAKE THE CAP OFF FIRST, AND REPLACE IT LIGHTLY. Log book only, though there may be room for small, and very light, tradables. If you're biking along this trail and prepared for a low tire, then you're prepared for this cache (that is if it's a schraeder valve). When extracting, it's gotta be like cycling: a strong steady pace, and really go for it toward the end. Have fun.
