The Cookridge Countryside series, is a new cache series, designed to take cachers on walks around the beautful and very scenic countryside around Cookridge. This is an evolving series, and more future caches will be added.
I was out walking on Sunday 4th November, 2012 looking for new cache locations for the 'Cookridge Countryside' series. Nearby I found the stone stepped style, and would have put a cache there, except it was too close to another cache, so I climbed over the style and walked along the path at the edge of the woodland where I happened upon a large rock to the left. It seemed like the perfect Geocache location - and indeed it was, as there was already a cache there called 'Bramhope Tunnel'.
An email to DalesmanX revealed that this cache had been archived a long time ago, so I'm breathing new life into it and taking ownership of it as part of the Cookridge Countryside series.
I have left the cache exactly as it was with the original log in place and contents.
PLEASE NOTE THE PATH WAS VERY MUDDY.
