Geocache Description:

Placed by sisters, SchnauzerQueen & WeenieQueen, just off the Bridle trail in Catalina State Park.
This cache is in a traditional container just a few yards off the trail.
Watch your step, respect the vegetation surrounding the cache, and watch for muggles!

This is a tale of two sisters, so different and yet so alike in many ways.  SchnauzerQueen, now 32, was born and raised in Tucson, AZ.  WeenieQueen, now 20, was born in Tucson, but moved away when she was a baby in 1993, to grow up in Iowa.  We grew up apart and lived very different lives, going years without seeing eachother.

In 2011, Mom and WeenieQueen, finally came back home to Tucson, in hopes for a fresh start and a new lease on life.  You would never know, if you spent time with us today, that we didn't grow up together.  Same sense of humor, same awesome eclectic taste in HORRIBLE MOVIES and weird music.  Our taste in fashion....well, thats a different story!  We love our dogs and we love our momma, and we love making people smile!

Geocaching has cured many a bored day for these two sisters and given us many memories and excuses to explore Arizona and travel.  Geocaching helps preserve the kid in us as we grow up and experience life.

Out preparing for the CacheQueens' camping event, with the help of our geo-family (jnsbullet, leeny_c, and Ysabet), SchnauzerQueen & WeenieQueen picked out this spot to place our special cache.  We really dig the natural ledge (throne) near the cache just off the trail and would love to see photos posted from this spot on logs.

Watch your step, respect the vegetation and make the least amount of impact on the area around the cache as possible.  This is a busy trail and muggles abound!

This cache is a dedication to family.  When you log, feel free to share a special family memory.

*** A special note to my geocaching friends:  Thank you all so much for being so good to my kid sister and making her feel special and a part of the group as we go on our geocaching adventures.  This family is one I wouldn't trade for the world and appreciate every moment. -SchnauzerQueen CONGRATS TO CARMEL FOR FTF!
