WATERBIRDS
Are common at lakes, ponds and creeks in the Blue Mountains. The majority of these birds are native, including Pacific Black Ducks, Australian Wood Ducks,
Purple Swamphens and Cormorants. These birds are wild and receive all the nutritional requirements from food found in the natural environment, including grass seeds, aquatic plants, small crustaceans, and aquatic insects.
The cache is located close to the pond so take time to spot the different birds.
