Placed where the traffic was bad on Nov 6, 2012
Small tube hidden with a "twist"
Since someone couldn't figure out the twist on the replacement, we had to replace the container. The new container doesn't require the twist to remove or return so the difficulty level has been lowered as well.
Those of you who are in the shorter stature may need the help of a buddy or a TOTT to retrieve and replace this one; winter may make it easier.
