SANTA CLAUS IS CACHING TO TOWN, TAKE 2 Nick Named: "The Tom & Jerry Christmas Special". A fun holiday event for all that can attend, might even have a couple new "Winter Friendly" caches in the area for this event as well? Will update if "might" changes to "will".


 

Come join the fun at this 2nd annual Christmas Holiday caching event with whom other then Santa Claus himself! WHERE: Sah-Kay-Tay Beach Resort (Lodge) 16348 60th Ave. NW, Cass Lake, MN 56633. WHEN: December 1st TIME: 11:00am to 3:00pm This will be a fun filled holiday event with meet & greet starting at 11:00 and a holiday theme pot luck at noon. Group photos will be taken right before the pot-luck meal begins. Gift exchange with Santa will follow till 2:30 or so. What to bring you might ask? Let's try to keep this event and the pot-luck in the Christmas theme. Pot luck items needed: Main Dishes, Salads, Snacks & Goodies, (cookies sound good to me, ho, ho, ho). Please note what you'll be bringing for the pot-luck in your "will attend" log as well as the total number in your group that will be attending. Items Jerry and I will supply; plates, napkins, forks, spoons, knifes and so forth oh yea, a tree as well, what's a X-mas event without a Christmas Tree! Of coarse Santa will visit with goodies to pass out all as well! The lodge at Sah-Kay-Tay Beach Resort is beautiful with plenty of room and outlets for all our pot-luck crook-pot items! NOTE: Please bring one gift per person attending the event that can be put under or hung on the tree for Santa to hand out with his goodies as what's Christmas without gifts from Santa himself! Lets try to keep these gifts in the subject of geocaching fun and not hurt our pocketbooks, if you know what I mean? Make sure the gifts you bring can be handed out to both male/female quests of ALL ages, as we will have children at the event as well! Photo's with Santa are always welcome, but must be shared at a latter date. Merry Christmas To All And To All A Good Geo Hunt Ho, Ho, Ho, Ho . . . Speical thanks go out to Jerry (Uffda320) for helping Kim and I with this event again this year, plus the others that chip-in along the way as well! (last year we had alot of "chip-ins") We hope to see a large group again at this years event!
