The cache is NOT located at the coordinates.

However, information from the previous Indy's Urban Smiley Caches and information from this cache site will be used to obtain clues to the final final stage.

You WILL NOT be able to complete this cache without having completed the 19 primary Indy's Urban Smiley Cache Series. See GC40KW1
