This is another North North East series cache aimed at increasing the number of caches in NE part of town. As with the other ones, this should be a simple P&G just outside a nice neighborhood.
The container is a magnetic key holder. You can park right next to the cache if you're quick, otherwise you may want to park around the corner and just walk to it. This cache is out in the open so grabbing it during peak hours is not advisable. Congratulations to Rockdawg350 for FTF.
