Geocache Description:

On December 12, 2009, Lucky4leafshamrock and I found our very first cache. This hide is the same type of hide as our very first smiley.

A little history:
We have always enjoyed camping and one day I started wondering what could we do while on one of our trips. Somehow I wandered across Geocaching and started to look around the area where we lived (Nashville, TN). I was amazed at the number of caches hidden around us. When I got home that evening from work, I described it to Lucky and wondered if she would be interested. I think she had her coat on and out the door ready to find it before I was. We made the grab using only Google maps (we did not have a GPS unit) and we were hooked.

That cache was placed by well known middle Tennessee Geocacher JoGPS and has since been archived (GCH2VZ). So in remembrance of that cache, I decided to dedicate this cache to our first find.

Lucky and I have many great memories of all the caches we've found and the cachers we've meet along our way. We look forward to meeting and finding many more.

If you search for this during the normal work week, you will have to use extreme stealth to retrieve. If you come on a weekend, it should be snap.

Enjoy and be sure to bring a pencil with you. Bring a pencil
