Near a trail in Sandwich Notch Park. A bit past Beede Upper Falls. The trails are difficulty 2 to 2.5 but getting to this cache will require some scrambling. PLEASE put the cache back just where you find it.
Arachnophobes should not bother with this cache. The container will creep them out. That's all the hint I'm giving. And since there has been so much difficulty finding this one, I've raised it to D=4.
Otherwise, have fun searching for this one! Congrats to rkclmr for getting FTF (almost in the dark to boot)!
