Park in the side street and walk down the road to the beach. This is an easy walk out on a flat, sandy beach and the kids will have fun. Some sort of footware would be advisable to get to GZ!
Please do not cross over private property (you will see what I mean when you get there if you try this at high tide).
If you attempt to do this cache when the tide is in, you will get your feet wet as you will have wade around the huge Macrocarpa tree that is lying out into the tide. It should be no deeper than mid thigh though. Wait an hour after full tide and you'll get through with no problems and with dry feet.
