Mossman’s 1st Geocache! This is a small cache. A pen and logbook are provided. There is room for small swaps and travel bugs.
The cache is hidden in George Davis Park a little way up the road from the all abilities kids playground. Check out the “Scary Cane Cutter” art work while looking for the cache. In the base of this art work is a time capsule. It was put in place at the Centenary of Federation Celebrations on 9th October 2001 and is to be opened in 2051.
Bring the geokids for a play in the park and make use of the electric BBQ if it is near lunch time. BEWARE... this place can be muggle central if a kids birthday party is in progress!!
This cache may be a bit hard for the vertically challenged.
