Hurst Wood Is set in Beautiful landscape and has great views of Manchester. This site is very popular for dog walkers so it's a great place to bring your Geo-Hound. The site is owned by Forestry Commission and permission has been obtained to place these caches.
Please do not drive down Copper Lane as this is a Private Road.
Hurst Wood has a reasonable path all the way round and the caches are not too far from the path good walking shoes are fine unless you are venturing onto The Outwood trail then Wellingtons would be advisable
This Cache is by water please be careful and keep an eye on young cachers!
