"THIS CACHE IS ACCESSED FROM ANGEL STREET AND NO CLIMBING REQUIRED" For friends in wheelchairs please know this is a paved path but has an uphill part to get to the cache, sorry but no, I'm not going to tell you how far but that's why we have GPS's. When finding please bring a writing implliment and maybe a paperclip or something similar. A High Muggle area so please be cautious and please return as close as you can to the original location.
A part of my workday lunchtime walk. I knew the name but was not aware of the significance until placing this cache. The National Angel Street Project began in Iqualuit, Nunavut, in 2007 and other cities such as Fredericton, Regina and Kamloops have followed suit. This angel is a daily reminder in the core that the struggle to end domestic violence and women abuse continues. It gives some recognition and it will raise awareness and is meaningful for a lot of reasons. The street was named to give people hope and that's what it's all about as hope is certainly what comes to mind whenever you think of an angel, and hope is a really important part of how people heal. Congratulations to VE7RY for the FTF
