Back before there was a bike in every accountants garage there was a business like no other in Fort Smith, This was the old location of Denny's Harley Davidson. The ground floor of the building was the main showroom. The place where you could see Panheads, Shovelheads, Knuckleheads and sometimes an Indian or BSA. The basement was called the dungeon, the dungeon was the shop and a place that the riders of the road(1%) would meet, swap stories, work on bikes and just hang out. All I am going to say about the top floor is there were a group of "friendly" "ladies" that worked there. The shop moved to it's new location in the 1990's and this place has been a variety of other things since then, but is now vacant. The location was made famous (in my mind) in 1995 on the album Rotten Roll by Hank Rotten and Allen Ross with the song "Harley's and a Whorehouse". BTW my copy of this CD disappeared somewhere along the line if you have a copy I will buy it from you. ***###congrats to VBCF on the first to find###*** **NOTE OF CAUTION: A few words about safety and common sense we are people not cats or bats we cannot see in the dark we do not have echo location.
