I used to cycle this route after work, brilliant chill out walk when the path is dry, very muddy this time of year, be careful!!
Medium sized cliplock container, with FTF Cert, and Soldiers.
Off the track in dense brambles, sandals and shorts not recommended.
Plenty of trains passing , no need to be near them.
