Geocache Description:

A 3rd replacement cache to start the walk in this lovely village of Upton, Notts No longer at phone box but same side.. very nearby Please re hide well

Please note that in the summer some paths are very over grown and bush wacking may be needed. If this is not for you or you have a dog then you may want to save it til the winter Our Upton Curcuit (UC) is a series of 20 caches of mixed containers on a pleasant countryside walk mainly through fields, small woodland and country lanes. It should take you about 3 hours to complete All the caches should not be difficult to find as the intention is that you enjoy it. The walk can be very muddy during wet weather so boots will be essential. A pair of tweezers may be useful. The walk is around 4 miles. Please note that you have to go through a garden to number 2 . , but it is a footpath. Also watch out for electric fence later on. Please bring tweezers for some of caches so as not to rip. if you can't retrieve log then upload a photo. In the height of summer there is lots of vegetation in some of the fields so beware hay fever sufferers as lots of rape seed at times and you may even have to wade through it. At times the footpaths are nit clear in such fields!
