Standish Stroll is a walk with a total of 20 caches. The walk follows some good lanes and footpaths but it can be extremely muddy after wet weather and can become churned up and rutted in places by vehicles and horses. These caches can be done as a figure of eight walk. Good footwear is advisable and possibly wellingtons after very wet weather.
As you carry on down Standish Wood Lane you will arrive at the third of the cross bases. The cache is NOT on the base. The lane drops down here and becomes very wet, muddy and rutted from here during wet weather. 4 GPSs could not agree here but Google Earth coords are between them all so we have altered them.
