This cache is located in the off-leash section of High Park. Cross the bridge off Spring Road, or walk down the path/hill south of Dog Hill and the Shakespeare in the Park stage. Bring your dog for a play session on the hill, slow walk on the paved road, or rambuncious romp through the more hilly, natural areas of the park.
This cache is a small, camouflaged lock n' lock container containing a log book, pen and dog related items to trade. I bring my energetic springer spaniel, Janey, to this part of the park and she never fails to leave happy and exhausted. Even though there are fences to contain the dogs on particular trails now, she inevitably finds a hole to squeeze through and bounds off down a hill to jump in the water or to chase her ball that has rolled away. This cache is in a spot she always tends to run to. While placing it, chickadees flew down and sat on my hat - bring bird seed:-) Please return the cache to its hiding spot so other GCs can enjoy the search. **Congratulations to greenranger1 - FTF!**
