Geocache Description:

Kay Etow was a member of the hermosa beach city council. After she passed the city dedicated this small park to her. THe park itself is very very small only about 50 square feet with conctete paths and patches of grass. Also there are picnic benches and for its size alot of trees. The redondo beach peir is right near this park where you can go fishing, eat at one of the resturaunts on the boardwalk, or bag a few more caches near by like cache on the rocks.

The cache is a bison container and is not in plain sight. You wont need to walk much from the meters and you can acesse it from a wheelchair. PLeas put it back in the exact same place you found it because landscapers are frequent. There arent too many muggles but still be cautious.
