Located a short distance from the Stored Potential banners on the silo. While placing the caches there, I saw that there were no caches on the trail here, so I rectified that problem.
Located just off a paved trail, frequently used by bikers, walkers, and runners, and pets of various sizes. There seemed to be a trail, of sorts, going through the area, likely used by muggle kids who seem to frequent the area.
