You are at the monument of Vasil Levski in the park around the stadium "Georgi Asparuhov".
Vasil Levski was a Bulgarian revolutionary and a national hero of Bulgaria. Dubbed the Apostle of Freedom, Levski ideologised and strategised a revolutionary movement to liberate Bulgaria from Ottoman rule. Founding the Internal Revolutionary Organisation, Levski sought to foment a nationwide uprising through a network of secret regional committees.
Born in the Sub-Balkan town of Karlovo to middle class parents, Levski became an Orthodox monk before emigrating to join the two Bulgarian Legions in Serbia and other Bulgarian revolutionary groups. Abroad, he acquired the nickname Levski, "Leonine". After working as a teacher in Bulgarian lands, he propagated his views and developed the concept of his Bulgaria-based revolutionary organisation, an innovative idea that superseded the foreign-based detachment strategy of the past. In Romania, Levski helped institute the Bulgarian Revolutionary Central Committee, composed of Bulgarian expatriates. During his tours of Bulgaria, Levski established a wide network of insurrectionary committees. Ottoman authorities, however, captured him at an inn near Lovech and executed him by hanging in Sofia.
Levski looked beyond the act of liberation: he envisioned a "pure and sacred"[4][5] Bulgarian republic of ethnic and religious equality. His concepts have been described as a struggle for human rights, inspired by the progressive liberalism of the French Revolution and 19th century Western European society. Levski is commemorated with monuments in Bulgaria, and numerous national institutions bear his name. In 2007, he topped a nationwide television poll as the all-time greatest Bulgarian.

Vasil Levski monument depicts the Apostle of Liberty in full size. At the base of the memorial plaque there. Look carefully at the record and see how many digits are printed on it. Indicate the number of digits en by X.

Stage 2
If you have decided correctly the first part of the puzzle are the small Orthodox chapel "St. Martyr George the Victorious." The belfry of the chapel is formed as a separate building. Look up and see how bell has a bell tower. Note the number of Y.

Васил Левски е псевдонимът, с който е известен Васил Иванов Кунчев, български революционер, идеолог и организатор на българската национална революция, основател на Вътрешната революционна организация (ВРО) и на Българския революционен централен комитет (БРЦК), български национален герой. Известен е и като Апостола на свободата заради организирането и разработването на стратегията за освобождаване на България от османско иго. Той пътува по страната и създава тайни районни комитети, които да подготвят националния бунт. Неговата мечта е чиста и свята република, в която всички да имат равни права, независимо от етническата си и религиозна принадлежност. Създадената от него Вътрешна революционна организация е основата, върху която стъпват организаторите на Априлското въстание. Това въстание и последвалата Руско-Турска война довеждат до възстановяване на държавата България на европейската карта.
Други известни негови прозвища са „Дяконът“ и „Джингиби“ (Неуловимият). През 2007 година чрез национално телевизионно допитване на БНТ е избран за номер едно в списъка на най-великите българи за всички времена.
