The cache is located in Union Forge Park in High Bridge, NJ. There is plenty of parking. You can approach this cache from the low side (easier) or the high side (harder) your choice. The trail head and parking coords put you at the easier route. The cache is available in winter but may not be snow friendly.
While walking in Union Forge Park in High Bridge recently, I spotted something that made me think (for some strange reason) of Paul Bunyan, the famous folklore lumberjack. I thought this would be a good place to hide a cache. For those of you who have never heard of Paul Bunyan and Babe the Blue Ox, there is a link to a short YouTube video about them. SEE RELATED WEB PAGE ABOVE. Watch the video for your own amusement...it will not help you find the cache. The cache is a regular size...run of the mill FOOD STORAGE CONTAINER....not like some of my homemade caches. The cache contains log, pen and some swag.
NOTE: YOU DO NOT HAVE TO MOVE ANY ROCKS TO RETRIEVE THE CACHE. DON'T MOVE ANY ROCKS.
