Redmond James Fawcett O'Neal
A series caches dedicated to those who have enjoyed 15 seconds of fame.
Los Angeles (CNN) -- The son of Farrah Fawcett and Ryan O'Neal was arrested on a drug charge during a traffic stop in Santa Monica, California, on Tuesday morning, police said.

Redmond O'Neal, 26, was convicted on two drug offenses two years ago but was released a year ago from a Pasadena, California, sober living facility where he was undergoing court-ordered drug rehab.

On Tuesday, Santa Monica police searched O'Neal's car with his consent and found illegal narcotics, a department spokesman said.

No further information was available.


Farrah Fawcett, who died of cancer in June 2009 at age 62, did not name O'Neal in her will. According to the document, the couple's lone child together, Redmond Fawcett O'Neal, will receive the most cash of any person named in the will: $4.5 million. COMMENTARY: I'm sure he'll spend it wisely. Also don't forget to say Hi! to Manny, Moe and Jack across the street watching you.

All caches in this series are located on City Of Mesquite property. Highly recommend using the parking coordinates and doing the caches in numerical order. There are 10 caches total plus 1 bonus cache. The coordinates to the bonus cache are posted in only 1 of the caches so check the lids carefully. Round trip hike could be a short as 2.5 miles and there are no trails to speak of. Some ATV trails may come in handy occasionally, but best bet is to pretty much follow the little red arrow between caches. Download the track map to follow the route that was used to place the series.
