The ranger station is the entry piont into the Lane Poole Reserve. The ranger station is mostly unmaned, however, during peak times and weekends you may find a ranger to say G'day to. The ranger station is a great source of info on the area via the ranger's and the info sheets found on the veranda of the station of which you are welcome to take as they may come in handy...
The cache should be an easy find due to it being a magnetic. When you signed the log and sealed it back in the zip lock bag, please have the opening of the sealed zip lock bag facing down to help prevent possible moistiure getting in. Once there, you'll see what I mean. The cache only has room for a log, so please bring along your own scribble stick. There is a rainwater tank but as always, strain the water through a cloth or shirt incase of wrigglers. WELL DONE! FTF goes to Flasharry.
