Geocache Description:

ENGLISH

At about 3.5 km after the village Kokalyane road from Sofia to Samokov going over the bridge. In his left Sredobardie of the hill stands the castle Kokalyansko Urvich . And right next to the new bridge in the bushes quietly standing stone arch of the old Devil's Bridge. Both are over the Yagulya (Vedena), which then flows into the bridge Iskar.

Legends say that somewhere there was a drawbridge to the castle on the east bank of the river Iskar. Somewhere there was probably a time and secret access Urvich fortress , which , according to legend was betrayed by the woman works of the Turks. Then God petrified woman - if you look at the bridge up the river valley and now you can see petrified figure on the right skate.

From Devil's Bridge and the path starts to Kokalyansko monastery "St. Archangel Michael" .

БЪЛГАРСКИ

На около 3,5км след село Кокаляне пътят от София за Самоков минава по мост. В ляво от него на рида Средобърдие се извисява крепостта Кокалянски Урвич. А в дясно до новия мост в шубраците кротко стои каменната арка на стария Дяволски мост. И двата са над река Ягуля (Ведена), която след мостовете се влива в Искър.

Преданията разказват, че някъде тук е бил подвижния мост към крепостта на източния бряг на река Искър. Някъде тук вероятно е бил и тайния път за достъп до Урвичката крепост, който според преданията бил предаден от жената Ведена на турците. След това Бог вкаменил жената – ако се погледне от моста нагоре по долината на реката и сега може да се види вкаменелата фигура на десния скат.

От Дяволският мост тръгва и пътеката към Кокалянски манастир „Св.Архангел Михаил”.
