Ever since '95, I have been celebrating Groundhog's Day. Why you ask? Why not?
On February 2nd, 2012, I will be hosting an event at The Royal Oak, here in south Whitby. To add to the adventure, I am combining a certain Car Rally element to this event. Here are the rules for the event:
Check in time: 11:30-11:59am
Length of Rally: 2 hours
Requirements:
- participants must sign in their 'car' from 11:30am until 11:59am
- all vehicles can leave at 12:00pm
- all vehicles must arrive back at Royal Oak before 2:00pm
