McCreary County was the 120th, and the last, county in Kentucky to be formed in March 1912 and named for then Governor James B McCreary. In the 100 year history, McCreary County has been influenced greatly by the timber and coal industries, which shaped the history, heritage and culture.

You are seeking a micro container with logbook only. Room or small items, pathtags, etc. There is no need to approach the Welcome to McCreary sign or disturb landscaping.
