The cache is not at the posted coords. It is located within 1 mile.

One day, Timothy McDonnell decided to try his luck at the casino. He started out at the roulette table where he placed his first bet on 17Red. He didn't win so he moved on through the casino floor until he came to the jackpot slot machine. Since the jackpot was up to a hugE 584306 dollars, he just had to take a chance. Not surprisingly, nothing came up and he didn't win. Discouraged, he figured he should probably cut his losses and decided to call a cab. Ten minutes after he dialed 2986045, the taxi arrived and took him home.
