Easy park and grab cache near the South Sandstone Reservoir. A little ways off the highway but a great place to hike, picnic and, you guessed it, fish. Being a Tennessee boy, I had heard of Northern Pike but never experienced it until I got to fish this reservoir with my brother-in-law. We've caught pike in summer and winter, as well as bluegill, walleye, perch and even largmouth bass and a crappie.
Small plastic container near the road. You do NOT have to crawl into the spillway! Enjoy the view and bring a pen or pencil.
