You have a rare opportunity to find a cache in a National Park. This cache is allowed in the First State National Park because it was here before the park and it is grandfathered. The lands are open only until sunset and you must stay off the agriculture and livestock fields.
This is one of the less traveled trails and loops around some fields used for horses. There is sun and shade, flat trail and hills, woodland and open fields so watch for bluebirds in the summer and blue jays in the winter. We saw a fox the day we placed the cache. There are sure to be deer in the area since it is a wildlife preserve. The wide (partly grassy) trails are used for horseback riding so mind where you walk.
