Aparca en la rambla de Alcozáyar al lado del puente de la carretera A-1075, junto al bar/restaurante.
Sigue el sendero PR-A17 Vereda de Alcozáyar que se inicia por la rambla. Al punto1, sube a la izquierda. La Balsica Salobre occure en menos 30 mins.
El sendero es un poco degredado, entonces lleva botas o calzados apropiado.
La Balsica es muy hermosa quando relleno de agua. Mas arriba hay una fuente pequeña con agua se caracteriza por tener un alto contenido salino (sulfatos). Esta posible a oler azufre aquí pero quando el agua llega en la baslica no hay el olor y es como cristal. El agua sulfurosa tiene propiedades mineromedicinales, utilizada tradicionalmente por los vecinos para el tratamiento de enfermedades de la piel.
Unas veces el cauce esta obstruido y el agua no puedes a llegar la balsica. Si limpias el cauce, llenará lentamente para el beneficio de visitantes próximas.
Aquí abundan las siemprevivas y las sosas alacraneras, plantas indicadoras de una alta salinidad en los suelos. Hay tambien unos hopos del zorros (Cynomorium coccineum). Esta un buen sitio para mariposas tambien.
El caché es bastante pequeño y no esta cerca la balsica.

Park in the Rambla of Alcozáyar beside the bridge on the A1075 near the bar/restaurant.
Follow the PR-A17 Vereda de Alcozáyar which goes up the rambla. At the waypoint, go up the path to the left. You will arrive at the Crystal Pool in about 30mins.
The path is a bit rough, so wear boots or appropriate footwear.
The pool is very beautiful when full of water. Higher up there is a small spring with water that is high in sulphates. It is possible to smell sulphur here, but when the water reaches the pool it is crystal clear and odour free. This sulphurous saline water is reputed to have medical properties, and traditionally the locals have used it to treat skin complaints.
Sometimes the water channel becomes blocked so that the water cannot reach the pool. If you clear the channel, the pool will slowly fill, for the benefit of future visitors.
The abundant Limonium and other halophitic plants indicate the high level of salts in the soil. This is a good butterfly area too.
The cache is quite small and not at the pool.
