Grownups will find a nice short bit of greenway. You can keep going and get all the way to Wade Ave and beyond if you wish. Bring the imagination of a young child and you may just find yourself in the Lantern Waste just like Lucy Pevensie. Imagine walking into an unknown wilderness at dusk after a snowstorm. It is scary, but you can be brave like Lucy the Valiant and carry on northward past the spooky trees. Who knows who is hiding in those woods: beavers, bears, dryads, centaurs, lions, swashbuckling mice, or even wisents. Suddenly you see the Lantern of Ever Lighted Lamp. Was that Mr. Tumnus walking by?
