Delta Burke was one of the great Southern actresses of our time, and the Santee Delta is one of the great deltas of this area!
The Santee River has the largest river delta on the east coast of the United States, and you can exlore and enjoy it when visiting this area. You may see wood storks, wading birds, ospreys, bald eages, and you just might find a geocahe in the process. Have fun!
