Geocache Description:

What better time to have a geocaching event than the middle of February? Especially an outdoor one. This is part of a larger event put on by the city of Albert Lea. During the course of the day there will also be "take a kid ice fishing," snowmobile radar runs, a polar plunge and more... Come enjoy the day, catch up with cachers, and have a good time.

Meet and/ or greet) other cachers at the Edgewater pavillion during the city's winter festival for BIG FREEZE BINGO. The event log will be available from 1-2 pm, but the bingo caches and other activities will be available all day.

When you sign the log each cacher will receive a bingo sheet. Somewhere around Albert Lea there will be six temporary caches. One for each column of the bingo board, and a final. There will be instructions and bingo sheets available at the event. Enjoy the Big Freeze, explore caches around Albert Lea, and just enjoy some great winter caching.
