Geocache Description:

Have you been enjoying the BAGGERS FTF Series? It is time to crown the winner. Here is the official "Crown" cache for the BAGGER who scored the most FTF points.

This is the official CROWN to the "BAGGERS FTF Series". There have been 6 caches in the BAGGERS FTF Series, and even a bonus FTF Payout cache (GC45PG1). In this series imaginary "FTF Points" were awarded to the FTF, 2TF, 3TF, 4TF and 5TF accordingly (Thanks CZ for the idea). The points earned were tiered based on the cache difficulty. Caches ranged from Brain Busting puzzles to Multi-caches of different difficulty, to a Traditional cache with a tricky climb - well worth the view. I hope all have enjoyed the hunts and had fun with this series! This FTF Crown is way overdue, but as they say, "better late than never".

And the Crown goes to ...

CANADIANZOMBIE!!!

When I started Geocaching a few years ago there were already several very active cachers in town. And lots of caches to hunt. Right away some of the more experienced Geo-Veterans, including CZ, took me under their arms and gave me some valuable coaching on cache hunting and advice on placing my own caches. I met CZ a few times and always found him to be a very kind and friendly person, always eager to help.

CZ, you certainly deserve this FTF crown and I am sure that all would agree. You are known for giving us stiff competition if we ever want to get FTF on a new cache. I think I read once that you had maintained finding at least 1-FTF a month for around 3 and a half years. Thanks for an inspiration in the Geocaching community and for your posative log comments and support over the years. I know that you have a busier schedule now and have not done as much caching recently, but I hope to read more logs about you rummaging through some dense bush at midnight hunting the next FTF.

In preparation for this cache I emailed a few other local cachers and invited them to comment in this listig...

"We first met Canadianzombie on a geocaching trail. From that point on he was not only a mentor but also became a friend, always willing to assist a lost or confused cacher. CZ appreciates the efforts and achievements of others and is quick to express it, often in the form of a tribute cache." - Family Ties
"Zombies can always smell out a FTF!" - Binrat

"In my opinion, you couldn’t ask for nicer person to be the unofficial spokesman and “King of the Brockville Baggers” as well as “King of the FTF’s" around Brockville and area. Mark, I can’t thank you enough for all the help you’ve given me over the years." - Retiredairman (excerpt from GC2WRHB, RAM recommended I use some of his listing of a tribute cache for CZ.

The Cache:
I actually placed this cache about a year ago, lost the coords when my phone broke and neglected to get them again, until recently (sorry for the delay). Depending on the time of year that you hunt this cache you may be in for quite the bushwhack extravaganza, the brush can grow quite thick around GZ, including some nasty thorns. I would recommend entering just a little SW from the cache and bypass most of the thorns and brush. You are looking for a camo'd peanut butter jar. Bring a pen.

As always, Have Fun and Enjoy the Hunt!!
