Just because it's winter doesn't mean you can't get out enjoy nature. C'mon, bundle up warm and come join us for a little hot cocoa and story telling. We will meet at N 41 58.920 W 72 23.940 at 10:00 am for a cup of hot cocoa.
Everyone is welcome. If you are an event veteran, great. We look forward to seeing you again. If you have never been to an event because you didn't know what to expect and are nervous about sitting around in a restaurant with a bunch of people you don't know, have no fear. We don't bite. Well, most of us anyway. Come on out and join us. We would love to have you. We are a very social bunch that enjoys meeting new people. You can pick up a lot of interesting and useful information about the hobby by hanging out with others that also enjoy it.
We will meet at N 41 58.920 W 72 23.940 at 10:00 am for a cup of hot cocoa. We can swap stories and trackables for a half hour or so. No big committment, just a little gathering of friends. It is probably going to be chilly out there, so we don't want to be standing around in the cold too long. Parking is limited so please consider car pooling if at all possible.
After the event there will be hike on the nearby trail that you are welcome to join in on. There will be two routes to choose from, or you could do both routes. Bring a snack or a lunch, there is a nice place on the trail for us to stop and relax.
It is winter in New England though. Please remember to dress appropriately in layers. Should there be inclement weather that could prevent us from enjoying ourselves on this day I will make an announement on this page so please check back here before heading out.
