Downers Grove Cache for Kids and TBs Traditional Cache
FelixFamilia: This spot might be better for a micro or a smaller cache. We have replaced it many a time and it keeps on walking away. Thank you for playing!

We love caches in parks, and wanted to add another to this great location. We found a spot to hide a larger cache, suitable for TBs and toys. Our kids loaded it up with goodies for other geokids.
According to the Downers Grove Park District website, "Hoopers Hollow is an aesthetically pleasing and interesting neighborhood park facility located immediately to the north of Chicago Avenue at its intersection with Cornell Avenue. The park rises quite steeply from south to north and has a creek running generally northeast to southwest in the southern part of the site. A wooden bridge over the creek provides pedestrian access to the northern half of the park. The play area has recently been redeveloped by the District and the equipment and play surface are ADA and CPSC compliant."
Enjoy the "aesthetically pleasing" park and enjoy a lovely walk on the trail. You are welcome to leave travel bugs, but please do not leave your children.
